Strata Operational Services was created out of lived experience - being inside growing businesses, watching good teams struggle under disorganization, and knowing there had to be a better way.

I’ve spent my career working in operations, project management, and business administration within fast-moving, construction-adjacent environments. I’ve seen what happens when systems don’t exist, when everything lives in someone’s head, and when business owners are stretched thin trying to do everything themselves. Strata was built to step into that gap.

At its core, Strata is about bringing order, clarity, and support to businesses that are ready to operate more intentionally. I work directly with clients to organize information, streamline processes, and create systems that actually get used - because they’re built around how your business really runs, not how a template says it should.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating operations or forcing businesses into rigid structures. My approach is practical, collaborative, and flexible. Sometimes that means cleaning up what already exists. Other times it means building something entirely new. Always, it means meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with confidence.

Strata isn’t a plug-and-play service - and that’s intentional. I act as an extension of your team, providing reliable operational support so you can focus on leading, growing and breathing again.

  • Strata works best with small to mid-sized businesses that are growing but feeling stretched - especially owners who are wearing too many hats and need operational support without adding a full-time employee. Most clients know they need better systems; they just don’t have the time or the bandwidth to build them.

While tasks may be a part of the work, the focus is on creating structure - organizing systems, improving workflows and making operations easier to manage long-term. I’m thinking about why things work (or don’t), not just checking items off a list.
